（中央社記者劉麗榮台北13日電）總統府駁回前總統馬英九赴香港演講申請案，國民黨政策會執行長蔡正元今天說，馬英九受邀演講是彰顯台灣國際形象的大好機會，總統蔡英文的蠻橫做法，是無知踐踏台灣國際形象。
總統府昨天以國安考量等4理由駁回馬英九的申請。馬英九今天公開受訪表示，這個決議引起社會上很大爭議，「到底這個決定有沒有必要、是否公平」，相信社會自有公評。
蔡正元上午在臉書發文指出，總統蔡英文不准馬英九去香港，問題是，馬英九去香港是去對時代雜誌Time、經濟學人Economist、紐約時報New York Times、富比世Forbes、財富Fortune、彭博Bloomberg、金融時報Financial Time、道瓊Dow Jones、華爾街日報拜隆周刊Barron's、路透社Reuters等媒體演講。
蔡正元說，這些媒體在香港組成「亞洲出版協會」，鼓吹言論、新聞、出版自由，頒發勇敢的媒體記者「卓越新聞獎」。
蔡正元表示，馬英九受邀演講是彰顯台灣國際形象的大好機會，蔡總統禁足馬英九，又拿國安作理由，「這跟共產黨有什麼不同？」，嚴重傷害台灣的國際形象。1050613
